Sherry has been employed with Fox Factory as Sr. HR Business Partner and Compensation Manager since 2017. In her role, she is responsible for providing strategic advice to managers, conflict resolution, organization development, recruitment and compensation design and planning.
Sherry has a broad range of experience in Human Resources with strong background in benefits design and administration, performance management, compensation planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. She has over 20 years’ experience working in the Defense industry, and has experience in Semiconductor, Bio-Pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. She has worked for large, mid-size and start-up companies.
Prior to joining Fox, Sherry held positions as Northrop Grumman, Curtiss-Wright, Elan Pharmaceutical, and SAIC.
Sherry holds a master’s degree in Management and Human Resources, a bachelors degree in Business and Information Systems from National University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, deep-sea fishing, Standup Paddling, and Golfing. She is married with two children.
