Biography
To me, there’s nothing greater than building strong friendships and relationships within the community. I have been fortunate enough to have surrounded myself with amazing people with positive energy, looking to make a big difference in this world. It has been the fuel I need to progress in my own efforts.
I am a firm believer that most people out there want to have an impact and leave their mark, but don’t really know what that looks like. It took a long time to find out what that meant for myself as well. After taking the time reflecting on my own personal growth and struggles I have had since discharging from the military, it came clear that I wanted to help other people like myself fill the void of those missing pieces.
I created a non-profit organization where I was able to bring all my passions into one location. We give an opportunity for veterans to serve their country again in new and exciting ways by becoming mentors to children that have lost a parent while serving on active duty (Gold Star Kids). We continually create new bonds and relationships.
It gives me an extreme amount of joy to be able to put smiles on the faces of these amazing families and veterans. It has open me up to new opportunities and has given me the chance to connect with other organizations looking to leave their own imprint.
