Biography

Karl Bimshas owner of Karl Bimshas Consulting, the leadership development and accountability firm, Karl’s primary focus and daily activity is to exchange astute insights with entrepreneurs, executives, and others who want to improve how they lead. Since 2009, he has collaborated with individual entrepreneurs, executives and their companies to improve relationships and strengthen leadership skills with his leadership training, accountability partnering, and customized development programs that grow employees and build effective teams. A writer of fiction and non-fiction, he has a line of business books that feature valuable advice on how to thrive in today’s workplace. In both his writing and his coaching, he looks to help others uncover their hidden potential. He earned an M.S. in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, a B.A. in Mass Communications from Emerson College and has held several operational and sales management positions in public and private corporations.
