Biography

Accomplished senior manager with expert knowledge in contracting, procurement and pricing. Significant background in federal, state, and local government contracting environments, as well as, experience in both commercial and international contracting situations. Knowledge and skills developed over 35 years of experience supporting enterprise procurement and contracting objectives for government/high technology organizations. Long-time educator and mentor, serving as an instructor for contracting & procurement sessions offered by San Diego State University Extension Program, the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Institute for Excellence in County Government, California Association of Public Procurement Officials (CAPPO) and National Contracts Management Association (NCMA).
