Brand Ambassador JDog Junk Removal San Diego Regional Partner

Biography

Jennifer Jordan is married to her husband, Scott Jordan, who is her partner in JDog Junk Removal & Hauling San Diego, CA. They met in Military Police basic training in 2002, where they deployed to Iraq from 2003-2004. It was here that their unit took the title for the first longest deployed reserve unit since WWII with 16 months in country. They started dating in 2008 and married in 2010 prior to Scott deploying again to Iraq with her brother George, who was also in the same Military Police unit. Jennifer stayed home and became the E-6/SSG Platoon Sergeant. It was here that she continued to train and mentor new Soldiers.

After Scott’s safe return to the states in 2011, the moved from New England to Wisconsin where they met Andrew Weins. Scott and Andy served in the military together while Jennifer continued to assist Veterans by donating her time to the American Legion, Post 282. This is when she started pursuing her Associates Degree in General Studies. When Scott’s active duty position reassigned him to West Virginia in 2015, Jennifer found solace in continuing to assist Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan Veterans at the Vet Center in Wheeling while continuing her Bachelors Degree.

In 2017, Scott had one more move for the Army and they chose San Diego. With Jen earning her Bachelors Degree in December 2017, it only made sense to partner with Andy Weins in the junk removal industry. JDog was the perfect organization for Jen to continue to assist Veterans by offering them employment, as well as giving back to the community. She realized that they can build partnerships in San Diego, while donating or recycling as much junk as possible in order to build a more sustainable environment.
