I have had the privilege of serving on the management teams of 8 venture capital backed startups, 3 of which completed successful IPOs, 3 were acquired, and 2 were valuable learning opportunities. I have been fortunate enough to close over $1 Billion in financial transactions including raising money from Angel Investors, Venture Capital Firms, Strategic Corporate Investors and completing IPOs and Mergers & Acquisitions from the buy side and the sell side of the deal.
