Biography

Fred Parrish is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Profit Experts.
He is also the creator of The Profit Beacon automated CFO software and virtual
CFO Services.

Fred is a co-author of a new book with Michael E Gerber of The E-Myth Chief
Financial Officer: Why Most Small Businesses Run Out of Money and What to
Do About It.  He is also the author of the book The Profit Mentality: A guide for
maximizing entrepreneurial success by taking control of the financial dynamics
critical to profitability.

Mr. Parrish is a Speaker on subjects such as “Why small companies run out of
money and what to do about it”, operational analysis, dynamic cash flow
management, staff efficiency planning, profit mining, organizational
development, CFO thinking, and business success. Speaking examples: CEO

During Fred Parrish’s 39-year career he has held positions from staff accountant
to CEO in both public and private companies with revenues ranging from startup
to $5 billion.  Fred has served on the Board of Directors for 12 organizations in
aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare services, business services, insurance,
international missions, technology and document management.  Fred has
extensive experience in directing and overseeing company operations, managing
corporate resource development and directing strategic planning for domestic
and international organizations.  With this broad experience in both operations
and financial management in a wide range of industries and at all levels of the
organization, he has developed a proven process for optimizing operational
analysis and dynamic cash flow management.
