Charles Loftland
Biography
Charles has been a higher education advocate for over 25 years. He is involved in educational consulting, workforce development and veterans transition services. Charles retired from the United States Air Force in 2013 at the rank of Master Sergeant after 23 years of service. Additionally, he co-founded a non-profit organization, the Uplift Institute which supports inner-city students and veterans in educational and career goals while focusing on sustainability. Charles holds a bachelors degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and is a Masters of Arts candidate in the Urban Sustainability program at Antioch University – Los Angeles. He has been
with Alliant International University as Director of Partnership Development since 2017.
