Biography

 Isaac is originally from Lubbock, TX and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996. In 1997 Isaac earned a commission into the United States Marine Corps where he served for 20 years as an officer and aviator. Over the course of his career Isaac completed seven operational deployments with 3d Marine Aircraft Wing CH-53E squadrons. Career highlights include four combat deployments with HMH-465, a tour as an instructor at Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One, a tour at Headquarters Marine Corps Aviation, serving as the Commanding Officer of HMH-462, and serving as the Deputy Director of Operations and Plans for 3d Marine Aircraft Wing. Isaac retired from the Marine Corps in 2017 to pursue his passion for organizational leadership in the private sector. Isaac is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations for Soapy Joe’s Inc.
