Biography

Ty Smith is the Founder and CEO of VRS. He is a highly decorated retired United
States Navy SEAL with multiple deployments to the Middle East. Ty completed
his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford
University where he currently resides as a member of the University’s Board of
Trustees, and a Master of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern
California, Marshall School of Business. After 20 years of faithful and honorable
service to God and country, Ty launched Vigilance Risk Solutions, a physical
security and risk mitigation company with special focus in the field of workplace
violence mitigation.
