Matthew M. Harper
Commander, U.S. Navy (Ret)

Matthew Harper is from San Francisco and retired from the U.S. Navy.

Matt was a Surface Warfare Officer and his last at sea assignment was Executive Officer of USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54). Currently he is an Executive Partner at Massive Dynamics Labs a strategic consulting and advising firm that focuses on helping clients establish a clear vision, long-term goals, and a road map for continued success.

Matt was also the Founding Program Manager of TacticalLaunch Veteran Business Incubator that began with 18 veteran founded startups and 25 veteran entrepreneurs. Over a three-month period, the program provided the building blocks of founding and running a startup business and connected them with the resources, expertise and networks to scale.
