As a management consultant for the past 35 years, I have been using an interdisciplinary and open-systems approach to consult with CEOs and founders to improve organizational performance and viability, as measured by the value and confidence customers place in the firm’s products and services and by the firm’s attractiveness to shareholders and potential investors. As technology increasingly opens new pathways to global markets, empowering big and small firms alike, we work with existing companies to renew their competitive strategies and with entrepreneurs to accelerate the growth of their startups.
