Robert Bowen has over 30 years of increasingly progressive Human Resources coaching experience in a number of different large high profile private industries throughout the country. He is well versed in understanding and providing leadership guidance and training on business human capital related issues to include the importance of understanding and using communication to improve profitability.

As a retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with service in two armed conflicts, Robert has changed his direction of leading others through a military background to a business focus by becoming a Certified FocalPoint Business and Training Coach with a focus on assisting military veteran entrepreneurs to get maximum profitability from their existing businesses.

Robert’s professional credentials in addition to being a certified business coach include certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and an advanced degree in Management and Human Relations.
